Life Mastery – Namale, Feb 2007

Life Mastery – Namale, Feb 2007

I’ve just finished my week of Life Mastery in Namalie, Fiji.  Well what can I say?

It was the toughest thing I have ever done!

I did mine at Namale.  Its a resort on the island of SavuSavu in Fiji.  It is honestly a beautiful place.  The resort is fantastic!  Accomodation normally runs at something like US$1,200 per night – so you do get a pretty good deal!

What are you in for?  Well I would say the main “purpose” of Life Mastery is the cleanse.  The means that you don’t eat for 4 days.  No joking, and THAT was the easiest part of all.

The toughest for me were two parts – The Pole Climb (here’s a short video)
and the caffeine withdrawals.  The bad news is that there’s little you can do about it.  Just have to suffer in silence…

It’s not your typical Robbins event.  There are two sessions each day.  These last between 3 and 4 hours each.  The rest of the time you can do your typical resort type activities.

Bowling

Or you can go bowling…

Most sessions you sit back and watch a talk that was filmed during a Platinum Partners event.  I found the material was too heavy on the “health” aspect.  I know that eating veggies is better than eating meat.  I don’t need to watch some nut bag rabbit on about it.

I’d love to know what is better for you?  Eating a vegaterian diet and sitting on your ass listening to some fruit cake tell you of the benefits of a total raw diet, or eating meat and going for a snorkle?

I’ll leave it up to you decide…

Rock on!
